I really enjoyed reading this, and absolutely loved the evolution of the story.In the beginning, you meet Cory Matthews. Cory is not having a good day. He's lost (another) job, been kicked out of his rented room and is just generally fed up. He's hanging out *getting smashed* with his best friend Tammy in the pub she works at when he's approached by Flynn Wright, who's overheard that Cory lost his job, and has a proposition for him.When Cory hears what Flynn has to offer him, I was with Cory, "You want me to do what" O.O Uuuummmm...seriously.When Flynn first appears, he is just about the most painfully awkward character I've ever read, and I sincerely mean painful. Still, it had to take a lot of courage to approach Cory with his offer, so you know he isn't only awkward.I have to admit, at this point of the book, I was a little dubious. I didn't see romance coming out of this mix, but Cara Dee has never let me down yet, so I kept reading. She delivered this time too. :)Both Cory and Flynn have had some crushing emotional experiences, causing Cory to be reluctant to get involved (with anyone at all) and Flynn to be afraid to interact with anyone personally, resulting in his excruciating social awkwardness. Though Cory is attracted to Flynn, he has no intention of acting on it. As far as he knows, Flynn isn't interested anyway.This is the point where I got reeled completely in, as Cory and Flynn's relationship develops and the evolution of not just the relationship, but of themselves as well. This story is sweet and lovely and hot, yes, but it's also more than that. It's about finding acceptance with someone who loves you for you, as well as accepting yourself and your own worth. I loved how Flynn and Cory helped each other with that, each becoming the support that the other needed.The pacing was excellent, taking the story along naturally. It wasn't all sunshine and happiness but the angst was done in a real-life, everyday manner without a lot of unnecessary drama. The writing was well done, with Cara Dee's ever-present humor and sass to lend a touch of lightness where needed.This was a really enjoyable read, and I look forward to whatever this author has next!5 of 5 people found the following review helpful.I loved it for so many reasonsBy BeverlyWhat can I say about this little story First it was so refreshing. I loved it for so many reasons.First, there was no unnecessary drama…no running away, instead of talking…no hiding the truth from each other…no insecurity.Cory is a 30 years old History major who has been down on his luck. He is constantly losing jobs due to either waking up late or due to his klutzy nature.Cory meets Flynn when Cory overhears him telling his friend about him losing yet another job. Flynn decides to go against his shyness and offers him a job. Not just any job, but a job for his website Public Displays of Everything.What kind of job Flynn wants Cory to impersonate him on his website, and perform as him on his website...love me some voyeurismCory and Flynn do fall quickly for each other, but this is a quick story so it just feels right. It is super sweet and hot as sin. The scenes between the two HOT!If you are looking for something light and refreshing this is a book for you!1 of 1 people found the following review helpful.Loved it!By TinaThe lead character, Cory Matthews, endeared himself to me; klutziness, job failures and all. His love interest, Flynn, captured my heart with his quirkiness and gentle soul. These two together made me genuinely happy. I am still smiling. Then, of course, there is the intriguing chapter openings showcasing a letter to Cory from a person named Luke. Cara Dee just had me guessing all the way through to the end. You'll have to read this for yourself to learn who Luke is to Cory. Genius is all I have to say. I loved every word read and page turned.This may be one of Cara Dee's best stories yet. This is a beautiful story about accepting oneself, inspiring others to reach out of their comfort zones, and finding love. The best part, though, is that these main characters meet because of an unlikely source, an ingenious website showcasing expression through sexual voyeurism which is run by Flynn. This website definitely lent itself nicely to some of the hottest sex scenes.All in all, I gave five stars because I could not put this book down once I started reading it and I can't wait to read it again.
